1. Orders & Pricing
- All orders placed through Flower Studio are subject to acceptance and product availability.
- Prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST) unless indicated otherwise.
- Promotional coupon codes and wallet eCoins must be applied prior to checkout.
2. Fresh Floral Arrangements & Substitutions
- Flowers and botanicals are natural, perishable products. While arrangements are hand-crafted to closely match catalog designs, minor seasonal variations in bloom maturity or foliage may occur.
- In the event a specific stem is temporarily unavailable, our botanical designers will substitute with fresh flowers of equal or higher value.
3. Delivery Policies
- We provide standard daytime slots, fixed time slots, and midnight delivery in serviceable pin codes.
- Customers must ensure accurate recipient contact details and complete address. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect address information.
4. Payments
Payments are processed via authorized gateway partners (Razorpay). Accepted methods include UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and digital wallets.
