1. Information We Collect

When you use Flower Studio services, we collect information necessary to process floral gifting and delivery orders:

• Account Data: Name, mobile phone number, and optional email address provided during authentication.
• Delivery Information: Recipient name, complete shipping address, postal pincode, contact phone number, and personalized greeting card messages.
• Location Data: Foreground geolocation collected strictly with your explicit permission to auto-populate delivery addresses and check local delivery availability. We do NOT track location in the background.
• Transaction & Payment Information: Payment transactions are executed securely via authorized payment gateways (Razorpay, UPI, NetBanking, Credit/Debit cards). Flower Studio never stores complete card numbers, CVVs, or bank passwords.
• Device Information: Device hardware model, operating system version, and unique push notification identifiers to send real-time order updates.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To fulfill, prepare, and deliver your fresh flower arrangements, cakes, and gift orders.
• To send real-time SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications concerning order status, dispatch, and delivery confirmation.
• To provide customer support and address grievance tickets.
• To detect and prevent fraudulent transactions or security violations.

3. Third-Party Data Sharing & Disclosure

We respect your privacy and never sell, lease, or monetize your personal data. Disclosures are limited to:

• Delivery Logistics Partners: Recipient address and contact details shared solely for physical parcel delivery.
• Payment Processors: Razorpay Software Private Limited for encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment processing.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Google Firebase for authenticated database and backend microservices.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain order history and billing records as required under applicable statutory tax and commercial regulations.

You may delete your account and request complete data erasure at any time either directly within the Flower Studio Android application (under My Account > Delete Account & Data) or online via our Data Deletion Portal.
